If you would like to make a delegation/presentation to Council, please review the Rules of Procedure Excerpt for Delegations and complete the Delegation Request Form for submission. 

Delegation Request Form

To register, submit the completed form to:

Name and address will be included on the agenda. If the delegate wishes not to have their address included on the agenda, they may request this at the time of registration.

Note: Delegations are limited to 10 minutes.

Council-in-Committee, Council-in-Budget-Committee, and Regular Council Meetings

Those seeking to speak as a delegate must register by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Friday before the Council-in-Committee or Regular Council meeting. Click here to view the meeting schedule.

Participation via zoom may be requested by 12:00 (noon) on the Friday before.

Personal Information

Personal information on the delegation form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 and will be used to publicly publish the names of delegations and addresses with consent for Council & Council-in-Committee meetings. The disclosure of this information is governed by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M. 56.
