On September 5th, 2023 the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) approved the Crystal Beach Secondary Plan by-law 143-2021 and the Crystal Beach Zoning By-law 144-2021 without modification. There are however 4 properties which are still under appeal.
The 4 properties still under appeal are lands identified in Zoning by-law 144-2021 as:
RM1-689; - 0-15097 Crystal Beach Road CBSP policy 4.22.9.14 and
CMU2-698 - 412 Ridgeway CBSP policy 4.22.10.3.
The site specific policies above are not in force and in addition, none of the policies of the CBSP apply to these 4 properties as they remain under appeal.
