Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF) Administrative Agreements between the Government of Canada and the provinces and territories came into effect on April 1, 2024. These agreements will be in place until March 31, 2034. Through these agreements, the Government of Canada will invest $26.7 billion over the ten-year agreement period, ensuring that the CCBF continues to provide communities across Canada with a stable, predictable source of bankable funds to build core infrastructure.
All municipalities must report to AMO by March 31 each year as part of the agreement The report is on the use of the funds for the previous year and the outcomes achieved.
