Resident Season Passes are currently available and sold only at Bay Beach entrance until sold out.
Resident Season Passes are $10.00 each per person, youth 12 and under do not require a pass, they are free. We accept Visa, Mastercard or debit and are available to any taxpayer and all members of their immediate household. Require proof of residence for purchase as noted below.
2024 Resident Season passes can also be purchased online at the link below. Please note: Season Passes will not be available for purchase on any of the Holiday Weekends except for Victoria Day Long weekend (May 2-4 Weekend).
To help lower costs for families, children 12 years old and under can access the beach for free all season, whether a resident or just visiting. Proof of residency or property ownership (utility bill, tax bill, etc.) containing a Fort Erie address is required at the time of purchase. A form of photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, health card, status card, or school card is also required.
If a Resident Season Pass is lost they cannot be replaced.
A Day Pass can be purchased at the Bay Beach main entrance (credit or debit) from 9 am to 6 pm. Day pass fees are $5 per person Monday through Thursday and $10 per person on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Alternatively, beachgoers can buy a Day Pass with their Debit or Credit card or coin at a Bay Beach electronic terminal from 9 am to 6 pm or until beach capacity is reached. Children 12 years and under are free. Proof of residency is not required to access Bay Beach.

Starting May 1st, paid parking will be enforced around the Crystal Beach area, so residents are encouraged to buy a seasonal On-Street Parking Pass. On-Street Parking Season Passes are available online with two options: pick up at Town Hall or home delivery. If you select mail delivery, you can expect your passes from Canada Post following their delivery schedule. Please be aware that the Town will not be held responsible for delayed, lost or damaged items, and we cannot reissue passes for any such reasons.
Fort Erie Short-Term Rental operators can buy Commercial Season Passes for $100 each. Short-Term Rental operators must have a registered Short-Term Rental license to buy Commercial Season Passes.
Short-Term Rental operators/owners may:
a) Pick up the Passes at Town Hall (1 Municipal Centre Drive) anytime between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, save and except holidays. You can bring either a printed copy of the receipt (e-mailed) or your smartphone with the e-mail on it, along with photo ID for you or the person you have designated to collect the pass(es). Please contact Town Hall at 905-871-1600 before pick-up to ensure your order is ready.
b) Receive the Passes via Mail - Passes will be sent first-class mail with Canada Post. Please be aware that the Town will not be held responsible for delayed, lost or damaged items, and we cannot reissue passes for any such reasons.
Bay Beach's hours of operation are Monday to Sunday (including holidays) from 9 am to 6 pm. All Town beaches are closed from 11 pm to 6 am daily. Public access to the beach is permitted outside hours of operation unless the park is closed.
