The Ontario government has allowed restaurants and bars to temporarily create/extend outdoor patio spaces to accommodate patrons and staff. Also, licenced eating establishments may create a patio next to their premise or increase the size of their patio.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) does not require licensees to apply or pay a fee for these temporary extensions.
Applicants wishing to establish a temporary outdoor patio or temporarily expand an existing outdoor patio must complete this application.
All items must be completed and submitted before approval. No fees will apply to this application.
