Statistical Information (replaces Municipal Performance Measurement Program)

The Ontario government annually coordinates the collection of statistical information through the Financial Information Return (FIR) in Schedule 80D to promote local government transparency and accountability. This replaces the provincially mandated Municipal Performance Measurement Program (MPMP) that existed until 2013 to collect data to measure performance in core municipal service areas.
