Spears-High Pointe Secondary Plan (OPA 8)

At its February 28^th 2013 Meeting, Regional Council made the decision to approve Amendment No. 8 to the Town of Fort Erie Official Plan. Subsequently, an appeal period was initiated with the Region’s Notice of March 13^th, 2013, which has now expired. Last day for appeals was April 2^nd, 2013.

As a result, no appeals were received and the Amendment is now in effect.
