UPDATE May 2, 2016
As of the 27th day of April, 2016, the appeal period under Section 17(24) of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, with regard to the proposed By-law No. 34-2016 has ended. No objections were received as a result of the notification process. Therefore, in accordance with Section 17(27) of the Planning Act R.S.O., 1990, the by-law is deemed to have come into force and effect on April 28th, 2016.
