Delegation/Presentation to Council
If you would like to make a delegation/presentation to Council, please review the General Information and Conduct Rules and complete the Delegation Request Form for submission. This is a fillable form, so either fill in the form, save it to your computer and then email it or download the form to your computer fill it in, save it and email.
Name and address will be included on the agenda. If the delegate wishes not to have their address included on the agenda, they may request this at the time of registration.
Note: Delegations are limited to 10 minutes.
Council in Committee and Regular Council Meetings
Those looking to speak as a delegate must register by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Friday before the Council-in-Committee or Regular Council meeting. Click here to view the meeting schedule.

Personal information contained on the delegation form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 and will be used to publicly publish the names of delegations, and addresses with consent, for Council & Council-in-Committee meetings. The disclosure of this information is governed by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M. 56.
