The Fort Erie Historical Museum's archives offer a central repository for the community's history. People, businesses, churches and organizations donate their documents and photographs to the archives or allow us to make copies keep in our collection.

The archive collection is located at the Fort Erie Historical Museum, 402 Ridge Road, Ridgeway.

 
Research assistance is provided by appointment only, providing us time to prepare materials for your visit.

Public access to the archives is temporarily suspended.

Can't come in person?

The Museum will attempt to provide information in response to verbal or written requests. Research requests requiring less than five minutes of staff time will be carried out free of charge. More complex requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate fees.
